Welcome to LUXEVILLA Residential (“LUXEVILLA ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, communications, content, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Scope of Services

LuxeVilla provides residential construction, remodeling, additions, design coordination, and related consulting services in Arizona. Any work performed for clients is governed by project-specific contracts, proposals, or written agreements, which take precedence over this general Terms of Service document.

2. Website & Digital Platform Use

By using our website or submitting a form, you agree that:

· You will provide accurate information.

· You will not interfere with website functionality or security.

· You will not use our content for unlawful or competitive purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time.

3. Estimates, Consultations, and Proposals

Estimates, digital quotes, concept drawings, and consultations provided by LUXEVILLA:

· Are non-binding until a written agreement or contract is executed

· May be modified based on site conditions, materials, or changes in client scope

· Are valid only for the period stated in the document or, if not stated, for 30 days

No project begins until both parties sign a contract and initial payment is received.

4. Client Communications & SMS Terms

By submitting your phone number or contacting LUXEVILLA, you consent to receive:

· Project updates

· Scheduling communication

· Customer service responses

· Estimate and proposal notifications

· Marketing messages (with prior express written consent)

· Email communications are governed by our Email Communications Policy as described in our Privacy Policy. 

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP.

Transactional messages related to your project may continue as permitted by law. 5. Client Content & Materials

Clients may provide photos, videos, design inspirations, floor plans, or other materials (“Client Content”). By submitting Client Content, you agree:

· You own the materials or have permission to use them

· LUXEVILLA may use them for estimating, design, scheduling, and project delivery

· LUXEVILLA may store this content in our CRM, project systems, or internal archives

· LUXEVILLA may use them for estimating, design, scheduling, project delivery, documentation, and internal training. 

Client Content will not be published or used for marketing without written permission.

6. Company Photos, Videos, and Project Documentation

LUXEVILLA documents projects using photos, videos, and other media for:

· Quality assurance

· Project progress tracking

· Internal training

· Warranty verification 

We will only use such media for marketing purposes if you provide express written approval in a separate release.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, branding, designs, layouts, and digital tools (“Company Content”), is owned or licensed by LUXEVILLA.

You may not:

· Copy, reproduce, or distribute Company Content

· Use our branding or trademarks without permission

· Reverse-engineer or repurpose any part of our website or content

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Payment Terms

Payment requirements, milestone schedules, and financial policies are defined in each project’s written contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in:

· Project delays

· Withholding of warranties

· Suspension of services

· Lien rights as permitted under Arizona law

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

9. Warranties

Project-specific warranties are provided in writing at the completion of a contracted project. LUXEVILLA does not provide warranties outside of those explicitly stated in the contract.

No verbal guarantee, marketing statement, or estimate constitutes a warranty.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

· LUXEVILLA is not responsible for website downtime, data errors, or unauthorized access.

· Services are provided “as-is” with no implied warranties regarding website performance.

· Construction timelines and outcomes may vary due to material availability, subcontractor scheduling, property conditions, or permitting requirements.

You agree that LUXEVILLA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or digital communications.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party platforms, tools, vendors, or applications. We are not responsible for:

· Their content

· Their data handling

· Their business practices

Use them at your own discretion.

12. Privacy Policy
